Morgan Maben (b. 2000) is a photographer and video artist from Memphis, Tennessee. A survivor of domestic violence, her practice is an open investigation into how we remember what hurts. She often collaborates with strangers, family members and stage actors to recreate her heightened memories of domestic and suburban spaces. Her photographs occupy a gray area between documentation, dreaming and the cinematic landscape.
