Ricardo Galvan is an artist from Chula Vista, CA. Working in a wide range of mediums his work deals with perceptions of Mexican-Americans specifically those in Southern California. In 2016 he received his BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He has show work throughout Chicago, and San Diego. His work has been featured in New American Paintings. Most recently he participated in the Dumfries Residency at The Royal Drawing School.
