Helen Liene Dreifelds

Helen Liene Dreifelds works in sculpture and installation driven by questions of transformation through the lenses of affect, language, and duration. Informed by phenomenology, listening theories, and the interplay between human and more-than-human worlds, Dreifelds’ work elicits a corporeal response. Through layered reflections on perception, plural subjectivities, and the often-hidden processes that shape experience, Dreifelds complicates interpretations of natural sciences, mechanical systems, and material agency, sketching new forms of connection.
