Paulina explores the perception of time, going from the minimal and imperceptible, to the immense and geological, from the firefly to the mountain. The sense of time that intrigues her is born in the tropics and the Andean mountains; two landscapes where relationships, reciprocity and reverberation lead to transformation. She seeks to encompass the accidental, the incidental, the hand, and the sign to distill the invisible into the visible.
